On Setting Goals

I have a pretty lofty goal on my agenda, but I think it's one that I can achieve...

and I'm wondering what kinds of goals you have reached that you never thought you could?

Well obviously for me, the birth of my daughter is one goal that I never knew I could accomplish until she was here, looking up at me with those gorgeous eyes. I mean, I'm afraid of needles, and people kept threatening me with the fact that I would be poked with needles continuously during my pregnancy...this isn't true, I really was only poked a few times, and only almost passed out once. : )

When I set my sights on something, I get pretty competitive, it must be the sports-background in me. It's not necessarily that I want to be the best at everything anymore, like I did when I was younger, but I still want to be pretty darn awesome! I now have the lyrics "I've learned to never underestimate, the impossible," by Joe Nichols running through my head : )

I have never really been one to put my goals down on paper, but I'm going to keep giving that a try. What has worked for you?

I have been setting some pretty lofty goals for myself with my desired end result being an all-inclusive trip to Cancun. I know this trip is totally attainable, it just requires taking much bigger steps out of my comfort zone. I have been building up to this by taking smaller steps. For example, I would definitely characterize myself as a friendly person, I just sometimes take a little time to warm up to others. I am also a genuine person, and don't want others to feel that I am only out to make friends with them to get something from them. In our world today, there are already so many different objectives grabbing our attention and straying us from our path!

Blogging is also a new goal for me, I am getting more into the swing of it, but haven't really been in the mindset of jotting down my thoughts lately. For those of you with kids, this is even more apparent, and how they make us lose track of what we were planning to do. So my goal is to write at least 2 posts a month, and I want them to cover a variety of topics.

What are some goals you have set and achieved? What is something you thought you would never accomplish and did? Or, what is something that you are working on at this point in time, and are planning on seeing the desired result?

Just Released! 2014 Scentsy Summer Incentive!

2014 Scentsy Summer Incentive!

This was just released this morning!

I am so excited to share this with you, I have honestly never earned an incentive trip with Scentsy, but I am putting this one on my calendar because it is totally attainable!

Imagine yourself here...

Ahhh...the beautiful sunshine, unlimited drinks, time on the beach, excursions...all during winter weather here in the U.S.

:) :) :) :) :) :) :)

All you need to do is Join my Team and follow this simple chart! You only need 15,000 points for this trip, that is really not much at all!

If you sell 500 PRV for the months of May, June, and July, you earn 3,000 points.

For every new consultant that joins your team and becomes Active, you earn another 1,500 points. Once that consultant becomes Certified, another 3,000 points is added to your total.

So overall, you need to sell 500 PRV during the 3 months, have 3 new Active recruits, and 2 of those most become Certified.

If, for some reason, you did NOT reach 500 PRV during the months of May, June, and July, there is another option. You can do your basic $150 PRV during those 3 months and earn yourself 1,500 points. To reach the incentive under those qualifications, you would then also need 3 new Active recruits, and all 3 must become Certified.

Of course there are other scenarios that can  be played out, but those are the two basic options that are totally attainable!

If you are interested in earning the trip for yourself, I want to make sure you realize that you need to join my team in May in order to qualify, this is very important! So, anybody on the edge, I'd dive on in, because this is one incentive trip that you can earn as a brand new consultant!!!

Contact me to learn more, I would love to have you on my team, I am here to guide you and help you! And of course I would love to party with you in Cancun!!! : )
